Hi there, I’m Simone!

I’m a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead building products and platforms that scale and solve real business and technical challenges. I design and deliver internal platforms, distributed backend systems, and developer tooling, shaping architecture and internal platform roadmaps while bridging technical leadership and product thinking. I work to improve engineering productivity, delivery speed, and the impact of the products I help build.

I founded and run Castelli Core an underground music event organization in Rome, producing concerts and festivals with the help of a small team. I manage operations, promotion, logistics, and bands from all over Italy.
